Each leader completes a short AI readiness questionnaire. I review your tech stack, team structure, and current AI usage. I interview 2-3 key people to understand the real situation. You arrive on Day 1 with a clear picture of where you stand.

Audit and prioritise

Morning: we walk through the assessment results together. Every leader sees the same picture for the first time. We map AI usage across the business and name the real blockers. Afternoon: we score your top workflows for AI potential. By the end of the day, the team has agreed on 2-3 areas to focus on first.

Day 2Full day with leadership team

Plan and commit

Morning: I demonstrate what AI-assisted work looks like in your chosen focus areas, using your actual business context. Afternoon: we build the 30-day pilot plan together. Who does what. How you will measure it. What success looks like. Every leader leaves with a clear role and a specific commitment.

Follow-up30 days after

Review and adjust

One month later, we reconvene for a 90-minute session. We review the pilot results, fix what needs fixing, and build the 90-day roadmap for the next phase of adoption. This session is included in the sprint price.
