The Problem With Learning Alone

AI adoption is a leadership challenge. It helps to have company.

Four weeks. Four sessions. Real progress.

Each session is facilitated, structured, and focused on decisions. You bring your real business challenges. The group helps you think them through.

Week 1
Where is everyone starting?
Each leader shares their current AI reality. We map patterns across the group and identify shared challenges. You realise you are not as far behind as you thought.
Week 2
What should we each focus on?
Using a simple prioritisation framework, each leader picks their highest-impact focus area. The group pressure-tests each other's choices.
Week 3
What have we tried?
Each leader reports back on one experiment they ran. What worked, what failed, what surprised them. The group learns from 4 to 6 real-world tests, not just one.
Week 4
What happens next?
Each leader builds a 90-day plan. The group commits to accountability check-ins. You leave with a strategy, a network, and the confidence to move.

Why Peer Learning Works

You learn faster when the person next to you has tried it.

No performing
Everyone is in the same position. Nobody is pretending to have it figured out. The honesty accelerates everything.
4-6x the experiments
Each person runs a different test. You get the learning from all of them without bearing all the risk.
Real accountability
When you tell 5 other leaders you will try something this week, you actually do it. Peer pressure, the productive kind.
A lasting network
You leave with 4-5 senior contacts who understand your challenges. That network keeps paying dividends long after the programme ends.

Don Crowley

I have spent years helping organisations navigate change at the intersection of technology, people, and process. I facilitate these cohorts because I have seen that leaders learn best from each other, not from consultants.

My job is to structure the conversation, bring the frameworks, and make sure every session moves you closer to a real decision. Your job is to show up honestly and do the work between sessions.
